Terms of Service
Last updated: April 29, 2026 · Effective date: April 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIWorkFluency service operated by Rebelframes Kft. (“AIWorkFluency”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing a contract, or otherwise using the service, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AIWorkFluency is a software-as-a-service product that delivers role-tailored AI-literacy lessons by email and produces a continuously updated Compliance Folder documenting that training, in support of Article 4 of EU Regulation 2024/1689 (the “EU AI Act”). We do not provide legal advice; the Compliance Folder is intended as documentary evidence and operating practice, not as a substitute for qualified counsel.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms and at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials we issue.
- You will notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
3. Plans, billing, cancellation
- Plans are listed on our pricing page. Yearly billing is the default; monthly billing is available at +20% on the displayed price.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- Fees are quoted in EUR, exclusive of VAT, and payable in advance. Hungarian VAT is added where applicable.
- You may cancel at any time for any reason; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Your Compliance Folder remains exportable for 12 months after cancellation. After that window, the data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and DPA.
4. Acceptable use
You will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary content from the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the service without our written consent.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Attempt to bypass the seat or feature limits of your plan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
Material or repeated breach of this section is grounds for immediate termination.
5. Intellectual property
- We retain all right, title, and interest in the AIWorkFluency platform, lessons, scenarios, curriculum, designs, and underlying software.
- You retain all right, title, and interest in your Customer Data (the data you or your staff submit through the service).
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use Customer Data solely to deliver, maintain, and improve the service for you and to fulfil our obligations under these Terms and the DPA.
6. Compliance and disclaimer
AIWorkFluency provides a system for documenting AI-literacy training. It does not, and cannot, guarantee any specific regulatory outcome. Whether your programme satisfies Article 4 in the eyes of a national authority depends on factors outside the service — including your governance, your tools, and your sector. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain qualified legal advice for any binding compliance position.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime on the standard plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. Enterprise customers may negotiate a written service-level agreement as part of their contract.
8. Warranties and disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of their possibility.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Hungarian or EU law (including for wilful misconduct, or gross negligence causing personal injury).
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes the rights of others.
11. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you have an active subscription or a populated Compliance Folder in our system. Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not remedied within 30 days of written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, security risk, or breach of section 4.
12. Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Budapest, Hungary have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where the Customer is a consumer in another EEA state.
14. Contact
Notices under these Terms must be sent to daniel.rozsa@aiworkfluency.com. Notices to the Customer are sent to the email address on the account.
