What the service includes

- A compliance record in every package; the Fluency Academy subscription additionally includes ongoing content updates, role-specific tracks, an admin dashboard, and a compliance report.
- Participant data (quiz answers, scores, completion timestamps) is exportable as CSV before contract termination.
